What is the payment process of PAN card cancellation application?

There are several reasons why an applicant wants to cancel their PAN. If you are living in India, then you will have to pay a processing fee of 110. If you are living outside India, then you will have to pay a fee of 1020. One should also mention the name of the applicant along with acknowledging number on reverse part of demand draft and in Mumbai, it will be payable.
