Prashant Narang (Director) has over 14 years post qualification experience in the field of auditing, accounting and taxation. He has a good exposure to multinational companies. He has worked with the Audit Division of PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC). He did numerous Statutory, Tax and Internal Audit assignments during his employment with the firm. He has also worked with Delphi Automotive Systems in their Finance Department, mainly looking after Accounting and the Internal Control Function. He has done post qualification courses from ICAI on Information Systems Audit (ISA) and Valuation.
